Accept an invite

A manager or admin invites you by email. The invitation is tied to the exact address they used, so sign in with that address — not a personal one, and not an alias.

Accept from the invitation link

1. Open the invitation email and click the link. It opens Aiome with your email address already filled in.
2. Click Send magic code.
3. The workspace list appears with your invitation highlighted under Current Invites. Click Accept. Aiome sends the six-digit code and remembers your answer.
4. Enter the code and click Verify code.
5. On Join workspace, type the name your teammates will see and click Join workspace.

You are in. Your display name is set per workspace, so you can be “Jane Doe” in one and “Jane” in another.

Accept when you are already signed in

If you sign in without using the link, the invitation is still waiting for you.

• If this is your only workspace, Aiome opens Welcome to Aiome with a Pending invitations panel. Type your display name, then click Accept next to the workspace.
• If you are already in another workspace, the invitation shows in the workspace menu at the top of the left sidebar, with a small blue badge on the workspace name. Open the menu and click Accept.

Decline an invitation

Click Decline wherever the invitation appears. It is removed and you do not join. If you change your mind, ask a manager or admin in that workspace to invite you again.
