Most "I can't see it" questions are access rules working as designed — not a bug. Use this table as a quick reference; each row links to a deeper article.

Data	Who can see it
Private channels	Only people granted access — not owners or admins unless they are on the list. Private channels
Private projects	Grantees and the project creator can open tasks. Admins can list and archive the project row but cannot open tasks inside. Share a project and privacy
Restricted SOPs	Grantees, the SOP owner, and workspace admins. Managers without a grant cannot see it. Restrict who can see an SOP
Leave request notes	The requester, their reporting line, named policy approvers, admins, and the owner — not every manager.
Who's out (calendar)	Everyone sees approved time off. Leave type and notes are hidden on the org-wide view.
Time tracking hours	People on the org-chart reporting line, plus admins and the owner. App-role Manager alone is not enough. Who can see whose hours
