Change your email

For everyone. Update the address you sign in with — magic code only, no password.

Your sign-in email is the same across every workspace. Change it under Settings → Profile Settings, in the Email section.

Request a new address

  1. Type the new address under New email.
  2. Click Send verification code.

Aiome sends a six-digit code to the new address. Because secure email change is enabled, your current inbox must also confirm before the address moves — watch for a second email to the address you sign in with today.

Enter the code

When the code arrives, type it under Verification code and click Verify and update email. There is one code field in the app — the code goes to the new address.

After a successful change, every workspace sees the updated email on your member record. You sign in with the new address from then on.
