Who can see whose hours

Time tracking respects the same reporting lines as your org chart. The app permission Manager alone does not grant access to someone's hours.

What each person sees

• Everyone sees their own hours on My time.
• Managers on the reporting line see themselves plus everyone who reports up to them on the org chart — including people with direct reports below them.
• Admins and the organization owner see the whole workspace.

If you cannot see someone on Overview or Reports, you also will not get alerts about their missing clocks — Aiome does not hint at colleagues outside your reporting line.

How reporting lines are set

Visibility follows explicit Reports to links on members and the hierarchy between org roles. Set these on the Members tab or in the org chart. See Org chart and Employment type and member settings.
