Accept an invite
Join a workspace someone invited you to, and what to do if the invitation will not appear.
Last updated About 1 month ago
For everyone. Anyone who has been invited to join a workspace.
A manager or admin invites you by email. The invitation is tied to the exact address they used, so sign in with that address — not a personal one, and not an alias.
Accept from the invitation link
Open the invitation email and click the link. It opens Aiome with your email address already filled in. Click Send magic code, and the workspace list appears with your invitation on it.

- Your invitation is under Current Invites. Click Accept. Aiome sends the six-digit code and remembers your answer.
Enter the code and click Verify code. Then Aiome asks for the name your teammates will see.

- Type the name your teammates will see in this workspace.
- Click Join workspace. You are in.
Your display name is set per workspace, so you can be “Jane Doe” in one and “Jane” in another.
Accept when you are already signed in
If you sign in without using the link, the invitation is still waiting for you.
- If you have not joined any workspace yet, Aiome opens Welcome to Aiome with a Pending invitations panel. Type your display name, then click Accept next to the workspace.
- If you are already in another workspace, the invitation shows in the workspace menu at the top of the left sidebar, with a small blue badge on the workspace name.

- The blue badge on the workspace name. Click the name to open the menu.
- Click Accept beside the invitation.
Decline an invitation
Click Decline wherever the invitation appears — it sits just to the right of Accept in both places above. The invitation is removed and you do not join. If you change your mind, ask a manager or admin in that workspace to invite you again.
The email address has to match. If you sign in with a different address, the invitation will not appear at all — there is nothing to accept. Click Use a different email and sign in with the address the invitation was sent to.
