Create a workspace

Set up a new workspace for your team, name yourself, and pick a plan.

For everyone. Anyone starting a new team on Aiome. The person who creates a workspace becomes its owner and admin.

A workspace is one company or team: its chat, projects, SOPs, and people. You create one the first time you sign in without an invitation.

Create the workspace

  1. Sign in at app.aiome.io with a one-time code.

  2. If you have no workspace yet, Aiome opens Create your organization. When an invitation is also waiting, you land on Invitations instead — click Create org to switch.

  3. Enter your Organization name. This is what your team sees. Aiome turns it into a web address underneath the box as you type.

  4. Enter Your display name — the name your teammates will see on your messages and tasks.

  5. Click Create organization.

If you see That organization URL is taken, another workspace already uses that name. Change the organization name slightly and try again.

Choose a plan

Straight after the workspace is created, Aiome asks Choose a plan. Every new workspace starts on Free, and you can change it later in Settings.

  • Continue with Free — $0, no card. Up to 3 seats, 1 chat channel, 1 project, and 3 SOPs.

  • Start with Business — $19 per seat per month, billed monthly. Unlimited seats, channels, projects, and SOPs, plus Time Off, Time Tracking, and the org chart. This opens checkout.

Compare Plans opens a full side-by-side table inside the same window. If you close the window without choosing, the workspace stays on Free.

Only the person who created the workspace sees this prompt, and only once.

What you get straight away

You are the owner and an admin, so you can invite people, change org settings, and manage billing. The first time a manager or admin opens Chat, Aiome creates a #general channel so there is somewhere to talk.
