Aiome has two plans. Free is a real workspace with limits. Business is the whole product, billed monthly per seat.

Free on the Billing tab

On Free, Billing shows how much of each limit you are using and an upgrade button. No card is on file.

Business on the Billing tab

On Business, Billing shows your seat count, the next renewal date, and the estimated charge. Cards and invoices open in Paddle's portal — not inside Aiome.

Hitting a Free limit never deletes anything. Extra channels, projects, SOPs, and seats are parked when you downgrade — they come back if you upgrade again.

Non-admins do not see the Billing tab. If you need a plan change, ask an admin.
