I can't see a channel, project, or SOP

Why something may be missing from your sidebar — usually access, not a bug.

For everyone.

If a channel, project, or SOP is missing, it is almost always because you were not granted access — not because Aiome lost it.

Private channels

Only people explicitly added to a private channel can see it. Workspace owners and admins are not automatically included unless someone adds them.

Ask a manager or admin to add you from the channel's member list, or post in a public channel you can already see.

Private projects

Private projects are visible in the project list only to people with access, plus managers who can manage org-wide projects. Tasks inside a private project are open only to people granted access and the project creator. Admins can see the project row to archive it, but cannot open tasks without access.

Ask the project creator or a manager to share the project with you.

Restricted SOPs

Restricted SOPs are hidden from everyone except the people and roles they were shared with, plus workspace owners and admins. Managers without a grant cannot see them.

Ask a manager or admin to grant you access, or assign the SOP to you.

Still missing?

  • Confirm you are in the right workspace — use the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar.
  • Refresh the page. If you were just added, sign out and back in.
