Sign in with a one-time code

Aiome has no passwords. Every sign-in uses a six-digit code sent to your email address, so there is nothing to remember and nothing to reset.

Sign in

1. Go to app.aiome.io.
2. Type your work email address and click Send magic code.
3. If a bot check appears above the button, complete it first.
4. Open the email from Aiome and copy the six-digit code.
5. Enter it under Verification code and click Verify code.

You land in your workspace. A code works once, and only for the address you typed.

If you belong to more than one workspace

When your email address is a member of two or more workspaces, or has an invitation waiting, Aiome shows Choose a workspace before it sends anything. Pick the workspace you want to open and the code is sent then, not before.

Invitations appear in the same list under Current Invites, each with Accept and Decline. Choosing one sends the code and remembers your choice, so the invitation is handled as soon as you finish signing in.

New to Aiome?

There is no separate sign-up form. Signing in with an email address Aiome has not seen before creates your account on the spot. What happens after that depends on how you arrived: if someone invited you, the invitation is waiting; if nobody did, Aiome asks you to create a workspace.

If the code does not arrive

• Check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from Aiome.
• Make sure the address you typed is the one your team invited. If you are not sure, click Use a different email at the bottom and start again.
• Aiome limits how often codes go to one address. If you have asked several times in a row, the page shows a countdown instead of sending another. Wait for it to reach zero and try again.
• A code that is wrong or too old gives Invalid code and clears the box. Request a fresh one rather than retyping an old email.
